If you are using Cloudflare: Open Cloudflare> Select Domain > DNS. > Switch 23.88.7.241 to 195.201.167.153

cpanel: server11.cloudhostx.net:2083
or : yourdomain.com:2083
or : yourdomain.com/cpanel
example: servereo.com:2083
